What you get, what you pay, and how to leave. Last updated 31 July 2026.
Never Miss A Call is provided by Allfront Media, Leicester, United Kingdom. Contact abhay@allfrontmedia.co.uk.
Your first 7 days are free. We take your card details at signup but charge nothing during the trial. If you cancel before the 7 days are up you pay nothing at all. If you do not cancel, your first monthly payment is taken at the end of the trial. The trial includes 60 minutes of calls, which is plenty to test her properly. If you use those up before the 7 days are out we will pause your receptionist and let you know, and she starts again as soon as your plan does.
Starter is £39 a month and includes 150 minutes of calls. Business is £99 a month and includes 500 minutes. Full Front Desk is £179 a month and includes 1,000 minutes.
If you use more than your included minutes, the extra is charged at 25p a minute on Starter, 20p on Business and 15p on Full Front Desk, and appears on your next bill. Nothing stops working the moment you go over. If usage runs to more than three times your included minutes in one month we will pause your receptionist and contact you, so a runaway bill cannot build up without you knowing. We switch her straight back on once we have spoken.
All prices include VAT where applicable. We will always tell you before we change a price, and you can cancel if you do not want to pay it.
There is no contract and no minimum term. Message us at abhay@allfrontmedia.co.uk or reply to any of our emails and we will cancel you, effective at the end of your current month. You keep the service until then. We do not refund part months, but you will not be charged again.
Because this is a service that starts immediately at your request, the usual 14 day cooling off period does not apply once the service is live. The 7 day free trial is there so you can try it first at no risk.
We will keep the service running and answer your calls. If something breaks we fix it, and fixes are never charged as extra. If we cannot make it work for you, tell us and we will cancel you and refund your last payment.
It is software, so it will occasionally get something wrong, mishear a word, or fail to understand a caller. Every call is written down so you can check what happened. You should not rely on it alone for emergencies. It is your responsibility to check your messages and follow up on the jobs it captures.
We are not liable for business you lose through a mistake the software makes, and our total liability to you in any 12 month period is limited to what you have paid us in that period.
You must tell us truthfully what your business does and what you charge, so the receptionist does not mislead your customers. You must not use the service for anything unlawful, or to make calls or messages that break UK marketing rules.
Because your callers' details pass through our system, you and we have a data processing arrangement, which is set out in our privacy page. If you need a signed data processing agreement, email us and we will send one.
Calls to your receptionist are recorded and transcribed. Every caller is told this at the start of the call. Recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
